Golf icon Tiger Woods appears to have returned to Zurich, Switzerland, after briefly returning to the United States while undergoing treatment in Europe.
Woods' private plane returned to Zurich Airport on Sunday after he arrived back in Florida, with important family matters back home. Woods' girlfriend, Vanessa Trump, recently announced that she has been diagnosed with breast cancer.
The golf legend was working toward a return to the course earlier this year, but was arrested on misdemeanor charges of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) after rolling his car. Woods was then granted access to attend a treatment center outside the United States so he could stay out of the public eye.

Woods crashed his car on March 27, and police bodycam footage was later released of the golf legend being arrested. Although Woods passed a breath test, he refused to submit to a urine test and was charged.
He was then released on bond and checked into a treatment center in Switzerland. Woods returned to Florida, leading to speculation that he had cut his rehab short, but it appears to have been a brief break before continuing his recovery.

While the reason for his return has yet to be confirmed, it's assumed that Woods supported Vanessa after a worrying diagnosis. Vanessa's daughter, Kai Trump, also celebrated her high school graduation.
"Tiger has been very supportive of Vanessa through all of this and is really just focused on being there for her," a source told the New York Post. "He’s proud of how positive she’s stayed and how she’s handling everything so far.
"She’s been so strong and he truly believes she’s going to be OK. He’s just trying to support her however he can right now."

After announcing her cancer diagnosis on Instagram, Vanessa posted a photo of herself and Woods. "My strength through it all! Family and the closest people to me," she wrote in a story.
Woods confirmed that he would step away from golf after his March arrest, and his focus remains on his health. "I know and understand the seriousness of the situation I find myself in today," Woods said in a statement posted on social media.
"I am stepping away for a period of time to seek treatment and focus on my health. This is necessary in order for me to prioritize my well-being and work toward lasting recovery.
"I’m committed to taking the time needed to return in a healthier, stronger, and more focused place, both personally and professionally. I appreciate your understanding and support, and ask for privacy for my family, loved ones and myself at this time."
