*The Simpsons* is assembling an all-star cast for its 800th episode.
** can exclusively reveal the lineup of guest stars that will join Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, and Maggie in the next milestone ep of the animated series. "Irrational Treasure" will see the titular family travel to Pennsylvania, so a number of Philadelphia and Pittsburgh icons are lending their voices to the episode.
*Abbott Elementary* star Quinta Brunson will voice Adrienne, while Kevin Bacon will guest as a Philly concierge.

Additionally, three core cast members from *The Pitt* will provide the voices of medical personnel. Noah Wyle will play a doctor, Katherine LaNasa will portray a nurse, and Taylor Dearden will voice an intern.
Philly native Questlove will also voice a tour guide in the episode.
Boyz II Men is set to sing a new version of *The Simpsons*' opening serenade (that is, they'll croon the title of the show at the beginning of the theme song), and is also set to provide a new version of the end title music that will play over the episode's closing credits.

The official logline for the episode reveals that it will draw inspiration from a pair of 2000s adventure movies.
"Marge’s crusade to get the family dog in better shape leads to her entering Santa’s Little Helper in canine agility competitions and a trip to the National Dog Show in Philadelphia," the description reads. "There, Marge and Homer suddenly find themselves — and the dog — mixed up in a historical conspiracy adventure worthy of a *National Treasure* movie."

Philadelphia is an apt location for a *National Treasure* homage, as the original 2004 movie had several key sequences play out in the City of Brotherly Love, including a set piece at Independence Hall.
*The Simpsons*' 37th season has featured a number of other buzzy guest stars, including Lindsay Lohan, Viola Davis, Michael Keaton, Idris Elba, Kieran Culkin, Kerry Washington, Julianne Moore, Albert Brooks, Brendan Gleeson, Domhnall Gleeson, Cole Escola, Stephanie Hsu, Johnny Knoxville, and Jon Lovitz.

*The Simpsons* airs on Sundays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Fox. The 800th episode of the series will premiere on Sunday, Feb. 15.
