Kevin Hart and his wife, Eniko, were at their stylish best on the black carpet at the premiere of his Netflix action-comedy flick, 72 Hours, that took place on Monday, July 20, 2026, at the Paris Theatre in Manhattan, New York City. The couple coordinated in sleek black ensembles, but even their stylish choices were not enough for them to escape from the scrutiny surrounding their marriage.

Talking about the occasion, it had the actor-comedian opting for a black T-shirt and pants, which he paired with a matching jacket and sunglasses. On the other hand, Eniko also wore black and stunned in an ultra-glam look.

The model went for a tight-fitting sleeveless mini black dress, which she paired with Gucci heels. Her radiant makeup and sleek hairdo further elevated the look.

The couple posed on the black carpet of the film, with Eniko Hart also sharing a photo carousel on her Instagram handle that had some endearing pictures of her posing with her husband at the event.

Kevin Hart was also joined by his on-screen love interest in72 Hours, Teyana Taylor at the black carpet. However, while Kevin and Eniko brought their A-game with their fashion choices and complemented each other well, they still could not escape the scrutiny surrounding the marriage that has plagued them for several years now.

Kevin Hart and Eniko’s Marriage Has Always Been Under Scrutiny

The duo tied the knot in 2016 and welcomed their son, Kenzo, and daughter, Kaori, in 2017 and 2020, respectively. But soon, a plethora of controversies and gossip shrouded their relationship. According to a news report in the Atlanta Black Star, one of the events that triggered this was the 2017 extortion fiasco surrounding the Undeclared star, which involved secretly recorded footage from Las Vegas for which he issued a public apology.

The event was speculated to have caused a strain in their marriage after Eniko, who was then pregnant, learned of the same through an anonymous DM on social media rather than her husband. However, their relationship stood the test of time, and they soon reconciled.

But the speculations surrounding their marriage did not end there. Another video from the 72 Hours premiere showed the couple leaving the theatre, but Eniko did not look the cheerful self that she looked while entering the venue.

Soon, the internet started sharing their reactions to the same. One of the social media users wrote, “She is tired of him.” Another user on X added, “If the wife can do this in public, I wonder how she behaves when they are alone.”

An X user chimed in, “I don’t blame her. He cheated on her when she was pregnant.” This was a reference to Hart’s infamous extortion scandal during which allegations of infidelity became public while his wife was still pregnant with their first child.

Another social media user said, “I just know she hates him.” An X user stated, “His wife has that ‘I am talking to a divorce lawyer to nullify this prenup’ look on her face.”

Another user on X also took a dig at the couple’s height difference, as Kevin Hart is visibly shorter than his wife. The comment said, “Her legs are longer. He probably could not catch up.”
