Steven Schumacher has overseen three wins from eight matches in the Championship with Bolton Wanderers
Bolton Wanderers boss Steven Schumacher says he is happy with his side's points return following their step up to the Championship this season.
Sunday's 4-3 win at Norwich made it back-to-back victories following a four-game losing streak.
They head into the international break with 10 points from eight matches and are 15th in the early-season table.
"We're going to need everybody on top of their game and the moment that we're not, we'll come unstuck," ," Schumacher told BBC Radio Manchester.
"That's just how it's going to be now. It's not going to be possible to have 10 out of 10 performances for 46 games.
"What you've got to try and do is mask that with work-rate and endeavour and discipline and desire to try and work hard for the badge.

"So I've been delighted with them, they've been outstanding. 10 points from the first eight games is a good return and we should probably have a few more points on the board as well.
"The lads who are going on international duty can go and enjoy that and the lads who are now going into the break can have a little bit of rest but also try and focus on how we can get better."
Bolton win seven-goal thriller against Norwich
Bolton twice came from behind in their victory at Carrow Road with Atsuki Ito scoring the winner with his first touch.
Their counter-attacking play has been a key part of their step up to the Championship according to forward Sam Dalby - who scored Wanderers' third goal on Sunday.
"That's been a massive emphasis for us this season because we know it's going to be a big step up and we're not always going to have the ball nearly as much as we did last season," Dalby said.
"So to be so effective on the counter is going to be massive for us this season.
"We've had a big emphasis on that this season and putting away our chances once we get them. And we're definitely starting to do that."
