Prince William will have to call you back.

The Prince of Wales, 43, was in the stands to watch his favorite soccer team, Aston Villa, win the UEFA Europa League championship in Istanbul, Turkey, on May 20. During the celebrations after the match, Prince William was seen filming the action on the field with his phone. However, when an incoming call came, he had to press decline.

In a moment caught on video and shared on social media, William was seen holding his phone horizontally as he filmed and tried to zoom in to get a closer look. When a phone call popped up on his screen, the caller's name was not visible, but the royal heir quickly hit decline so he could continue filming.

Although the video that Prince William was filming wasn't shared, he did post a message on social media congratulating Aston Villa on their victory.

“Special shout out to Boubacar Kamara, who has been out injured but is such an integral part of our team and helped lay the foundations of this success,” he said, referring to the team’s midfielder who’s out for the rest of the season due to a knee injury, per The New York Times’ The Athletic.

Prince William has followed Aston Villa for decades, previously sharing how he came to support the team.

"A long time ago at school, I got into football big time. I was looking around for clubs. All my friends at school were either Man United fans or Chelsea fans, and I didn’t want to follow the run-of-the-mill teams,” William told the BBC in 2015. "I wanted to have a team that was more mid-table that could give me more emotional rollercoaster moments."

While his eldest son, Prince George, has inherited a fandom for Aston Villa and joined his father at big games, it appears that Princess Charlotte has a different favorite soccer team. During a visit to Cornwall on Thursday to visit a sustainable housing development, Prince William revealed, "My daughter loves Chelsea," according to the Daily Mail.
