Lilly Ghalichi has filed to dismiss her divorce proceedings with husband Dara Mir for the fourth time since their marriage. The legal filing surfaced months after she filed for divorce.

Lilly Ghalichi filed for divorce from her husband in June 2025, citing “irreconcilable differences” and noting that the couple had a prenuptial agreement. After Ghalichi filed for divorce in June 2025, Mir responded by requesting joint legal and physical custody of their two children, Alara and Kashton.
Court documents obtained by Us Weekly show that the pair has decided to call off their split, marking the fourth time they have dismissed divorce proceedings since marrying in 2017. The couple had their first child, Alara, in 2018. A year later, Dara filed for divorce. However, they dismissed the request two months later.
In 2020, Ghalichi filed for divorce and a month later asked to dismiss the proceedings. The ‘Shahs of Sunset’ star filed for divorce a third time in November 2020; she later dismissed those proceedings as well.

The couple had their second child, Kashton, in 2022, after their third divorce filing. “Surprise!!!! Sorry I’ve been so MIA. It’s been a hard few months this pregnancy. Thrilled to be expecting our next baby and finally feeling better,” she shared the news via her Instagram stories.
Now, Ghalichi has filed to dismiss her divorce proceedings with husband Dara Mir again. Over the years, their marriage has made repeated headlines due to their multiple divorce filings, each of which was dismissed later by the couple.
Though it is unclear whether the couple has reconciled, Mir has not made any public comment regarding the latest court filing.
