The influencer, 34, and her husband Josh Riboldi, 36, have welcomed their fourth baby together, a rep for Riboldi confirms to PEOPLE. The couple's daughter was born on Monday, May 18, weighing 7 lbs., 3 oz. and measuring 19.5 inches long.

"The birth was the quickest of all my births! I labored at home for most of the day and then drove to the hospital at night," Lauren tells PEOPLE. "I got cleared to have a VBAC [vaginal birth after cesarean section] after a C-section for my previous birth."

"I prepared all throughout my pregnancy for an unmedicated, natural birth and was so happy I was able to do it! I had weeks of prodromal labor, which made the delivery happen so fast," she continues. "She was born just after midnight and I pretty much didn't even push, she just shot out."

Since welcoming home their newest addition, Lauren — who is already mom to sons Indi, 4, and Cru, 6, as well as daughter Capri, 16 months — says she's "exhausted" but "so in love."

"We already can't imagine our lives and our little family without her," she says. "My older two boys could not be more in love and ask to hold her nonstop. My 16-month-old baby girl is just really curious and obsessed with her tiny little nose."

The mom of four says her daughter is having a "hard time controlling her cuteness aggression," so they are making sure to watch her carefully when she's around her new baby sister.

As she settles into her new routine, Lauren says the hardest part of welcoming her little one has been the late-night feedings.

"The late night feedings are always the hardest but also most special to me! There is nothing like the newborn snuggles and that quiet time when it's just mom and baby," she shares. "I cherish those moments so much because I know they're temporary, but they are the most exhausting for sure."

Lauren's happy news comes after she spoke with PEOPLE in April about her emotional journey to motherhood. The influencer shared that she had significant challenges getting pregnant, including being told that there was a tumor in her uterus.

"They said it appeared I had a tumor growing inside my uterus, and they explained that there's almost zero chance of a baby surviving and recommended immediate surgery to know exactly what was going on," shared Lauren, who at the time of the doctor's appointment thought she could be pregnant with twins.

"It was heartbreaking to go from believing I might be pregnant with twins after a long journey of trying to conceive to suddenly facing the possibility of a tumor and emergency surgery," she added while reflecting on the experience in April. "One moment I was dreaming of expanding our family, and the next just felt full of fear and unknown."

After the emergency surgery, Lauren received the news that she had a molar pregnancy, a rare pregnancy complication where a cancerous tumor grows inside the uterus. Doctors told her she had a 20% chance of developing cancer that would require chemotherapy. She had to undergo weekly blood draws to track her hCG hormone levels with the hopes that they would drop to zero.

"Those months were emotional and difficult, but eventually, my levels returned to zero, which was a very happy day!" she explained. "After six months of monitoring, my doctor gave us the green light to try to conceive again."

On Mother's Day in 2019, Lauren discovered that she was pregnant with their son Cru. She then went on to welcome her three other kids.

"Every kick, every movement, every stage of pregnancy feels like a privilege," she said. "I've learned to slow down and truly appreciate those moments, knowing how fragile and precious they are. It has given me a deep sense of gratitude for the life and family we have today."
