Scott Wolf's temporary restraining order case against estranged wife Kelley Wolf has officially been dismissed.

On Tuesday, a Utah judge granted a motion from the Summit County District Attorney's Office to dismiss the case without prejudice along with a separate case against the *Real World* alum over alleged harassment of her estranged spouse. The decision was made "as part of a global resolution" according to court documents obtained and reviewed by ** on Thursday.

As EW previously reported, Scott dropped the restraining order back in December, with any protective orders issued being declared null and void.

The recent development is a bright spot in what has otherwise been a contentious divorce between the *Party of Five* actor and his ex, which seemingly began when he filed for divorce on June 9. A few days after the announcement, Kelley posted a video of herself being detained by law enforcement officers and revealed that she was placed under an involuntary 5150 hold. Scott was subsequently granted temporary sole physical and legal custody of the couple's three children — sons Jackson, 16, and Miller, 12, and daughter Lucy, 11 — and was also given a temporary restraining order against Kelley (which was lifted on July 19).

Things escalated further after a series of incidents resulted in Kelley being arrested on Aug. 26 for accusations of electronic harassment and doxxing her husband, children, and several other family members. A Utah judge issued a protective order against the reality star, preventing her from having any contact with Scott or their children outside of scheduled mediation sessions held in the presence of a court-appointed mediator. Kelley was released from jail on Aug. 28, the same day a court granted Scott's request for a new restraining order against her.

The actor broke his silence on the tumultuous split that same month, telling PEOPLE that he was compelled to do so after Kelley allegedly made "deeply disturbing and entirely false allegations" against him. Scott reiterated that the claims "are completely baseless and incredibly dangerous," calling them "traumatic for our children."

Kelley walked back her allegations in her own statement, writing, "I will be very clear when I say this: I don't believe that Scott would [abuse our children]. I've lost my career, my reputation, my children, my integrity, my honor, my devotion to my marriage. As a parent, I have literally lost everything except my life. I've done everything strategic, and I'm hopeful for my children."

The life coach was ultimately charged with one class B misdemeanor for electronic communications harassment, and two more class B misdemeanors for electronic disclosure of personal identifying information.

A hearing for the case was scheduled for Tuesday, but has now been delayed for six months until July 28, according to additional court filings.

In September, sources told PEOPLE that Kelley had been admitted to a Utah mental health hospital after allegedly making threats to Scott and herself. Days later, a judge issued a court-ordered minimum 60-day involuntary psychiatric hold.

"I am excited to go to [the treatment center]. I'm looking forward to it. My brother is taking me. It's fantastic. It's a great place. I recommended it all the time as a mental health professional myself, so September 12, I will be there for a month. I hope that helps," Kelley said during an arraignment hearing in a Utah courthouse at the time, according to PEOPLE.**

In October, PEOPLE reported that Kelley was transferred from the Utah-based hospital to a different mental health facility in the area to continue the remainder of her stay. The day of her transfer occurred on her 49th birthday, which Scott acknowledged with an Instagram tribute to his estranged wife.

“Happy birthday to you,” the actor captioned an old photo of Kelley sitting across from him at a restaurant.**
