Prathamesh Kadam, an Indian content creator, has died, a friend confirmed in a series of posts on Instagram. He was 26.

“You will always be remembered! Prathamesh, take care of yourself! 😭” wrote Kadam’s friend, Tanmay Chandramohan Patekar, in a touching tribute on Instagram on Jan. 25. “Will miss you a lot Miss You Bhai ♥️”

In the post, Patekar shared several snaps alongside the late internet personality from the course of their friendship. He did not give any additional information about the circumstances surrounding his friend’s death.

Kadam — who had over 188,000 followers on Instagram — was known on the platform for sharing comedic, skit-style videos. He also frequently shared content with his family members, including his mom.

The content creator seemingly last his social media accounts on Jan. 5, sharing a video dancing with a large group.
