Lately, he's been firing back at critics online and making the podcast rounds, where he's been surprisingly open about everything from his relapse and sobriety to the fallout from the leaked sex tapes taken from his laptop. He's also offered blunt, unfiltered opinions on the current political landscape, making for some of the most candid interviews he's ever given.Recently, Biden appeared on the I've Had It podcast, where he told host Jennifer Welch that he believes the biggest problem in Washington DC is the "closetorocracy," and that "everybody in DC knows this: There is this closeted gay mafia, largely Republican, that exists in Washington, and everybody knows every single one of them, who's gay." This hypocrisy, he says, leads to some politicians' internal conflicts, fueling their public hostility toward LGBTQ+ people.
I've Had It / Viayoutube.comWell, yesterday, Biden appeared on The Don Lemon Show, where he doubled down on his claim that DC is full of closeted gay Republicans, and once again alleged that Lindsey Graham was gay (though Graham never publicly addressed this during his lifetime).

When Lemon followed up by lowkey being messy and asking him which other politicians were gay, Biden joked that he wouldn't name names because he's "already in enough lawsuits." Though he did possibly drop some hints and insisted that "everybody in Washington knows" who he's talking about, and repeated his belief that some anti-LGBTQ+ politicians are driven by unresolved internal conflict rather than ideology alone. When Lemon pressed him further, Biden again joked, "Give me another minute and I'll give you six more names."
