Before Selling Sunset and The Flip Off, Heather Rae El Moussa was on the sitcom 'Til Death.
Heather, 38, made an appearance on the fourth season of the FOX show starring Everybody Loves Raymond's Brett Garrett and Joely Fisher. She was in the 2010 episode titled "The Baby" as a character named Tina.
An official synopsis of the episode reads: "Eddie's book finally gets published, but on the day of his book signing, Ally goes into labor and everyone shows up to welcome the new addition to the family."
"Meanwhile, Eddie gives Doug fatherhood tips, and Ally apologizes to Joy for being a terrible daughter."

Though Heather doesn't have many lines as a "friend" of George (Barry Bostwick) in one scene in a hospital waiting room, her deadpan delivery is top-notch.
She first reminds George of her name when he can't remember it, then introduces herself to another character dressed as a priest. "I'm a Lutheran," the man says, to which Heather replies, "I'm a prostitute," earning a big laugh from the audience.

Among Heather's other early acting credits are films such as The Internship, Mafia, and Love in the Time of Monsters, along with the television show Comedy Bang! Bang! and the short film Dead Reckoning.
She appeared on Selling Sunset for 56 episodes starting with the premiere in 2019. After the birth of her son with husband Tarek El Moussa, she revealed she hadn't received the call to return to filming in March 2023.

"Season 7 is filming right now, but I've been off maternity leave and I've been excited to get back to work and so far I have not been called back," she shared at the time. "It's been a little frustrating. So [I'm] not sure what's been going on."
She's since moved on to roles opposite her husband on HGTV.
"I love being able to prioritize my family and my happiness and step away from some of the drama that Selling Sunset brought into my life," she told PEOPLE in November 2023.

"I was in some movies, I had done modeling, so I'd been in front of the camera before, but reality is a whole different animal, and Selling Sunset really did prepare me for, not The Flipping El Moussas in general, but just it prepared me on TV and being in front of the camera," Heather continued, referring to the show she previously starred in with Tarek, 44.
"But I can just film with my husband now, drama-free," she added. "I mean, the drama is in the houses, it's not with the people. And that is so incredible that I don't have to worry about fighting with a girl if I go to work."

Currently, Heather, Tarek, and Tarek's ex-wife and fellow HGTv star, Christina Haack, 42, appear on the series The Flip Off. The competition show was renewed for a second season in August 2025, per TV Insider.
