Donald Trump is reacting to the Florida car crash involving his "very close friend" Tiger Woods.
On Friday, at approximately 2 p.m. on Jupiter Island, the legendary golfer's Land Rover hit a pressure cleaner truck and rolled over on its driver's side, with Woods being able to crawl out from the passenger door. In a subsequent press conference held by the Martin County Sheriff's Office, Sheriff John Budenisek announced that Woods was arrested and charged with a DUI.
Coincidentally, the president was arriving in Florida to speak at a conference as he got word of Woods' accident, and he spoke to the press about his golf buddy, who is also dating Vanessa Trump, the ex-wife of Donald Trump Jr.
"I feel so badly," Trump said, seemingly just ahead of news of Woods' arrest. "He's got some difficulty. There was an accident, and that's all I know. Very close friend of mine. He's an amazing person, amazing man. But some difficulty."

Sheriff Budensiek said at the press conference that Woods was "lethargic on scene" and did "exemplify signs of impairment." His breathalyzer test came back clean, but, once at the jail, he refused to submit to a urinalysis test, the sheriff added. He was then charged with two misdemeanors of DUI with property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test. As of publication, he's being held in the Martin County Jail on mandatory eight-hour detention.
While Woods hadn't ruled out returning from injury and playing at next month's prestigious Masters Tournament, Trump had already decided for him, saying during a Thursday interview that Woods "won't be playing in it."
