She wore a striking white suit with nothing underneath.

Charlize Theron’s latest look was the perfect twist on tailoring. The actress hosted the opening night of the Malibu Food and Wine event at Saddlerock Ranch in support of the Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project on September 18. For the occasion, she opted for a sharp white suit. Theron wore her double breasted blazer open with nothing below. She carried a forest green leather clutch and completed the look with gold and silver paperclip-style earrings and a tousled, side-parted bob, which came just a few months after she debuted a new two-toned hair look.

Theron was joined at the event by a number of renowned chefs including Andrew Zimmern, Bryan Voltaggio, Michael Voltaggio, and festival co-founder Marcel Vigneron, along with Marine Layer Wines founder Baron Ziegler, per Just Jared.

Over the years, Theron has made tailoring something of a staple. In April, Theron appeared at the premiere of Apex in New York wearing a black suit with nothing but a frilly collar and no top. Last May, she rocked a belted blazer with a sheer maxiskirt for a press appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. In July 2024, she wore an open blazer with a bra and a sparkly skirt on the red carpet, and in June, she wore a mini blazer dress with a lacy bra.

Whatever she’s wearing, Theron is never one to have fashion regrets. “I feel like there shouldn’t be any faux pas,” she told People in 2023. “I really feel like if you just go by how you feel and how much you love it, then it’s not a faux pas.”
She added, “I mean, there are a lot of dresses that I know people didn’t like, but I’m like, I looked at myself in the mirror that night and I was feeling myself.”
