Camila Mendes attended the Masters of the Universe premiere in São Paulo, Brazil, on May 24.

For the occasion, she donned a long-sleeve, cropped, sheer burgundy top that revealed her matching bra underneath.

She paired the look with a burgundy silk skirt and dangly earrings.

On May 24, the 31-year-old actress walked the red carpet in a long-sleeve, cropped, sheer burgundy top that revealed her matching bra underneath, and paired the look with a high-waisted burgundy silk skirt.

The Riverdale star accessorized the ensemble with black-and-gold dangly earrings and painted her nails a pearl white shade. Her short brown hair was down and styled in a side part. For her glam, she went for a subtle brown smoky eye and topped it off with a nude lip. On the carpet, she also posed for photos alongside her Masters of the Universe co-star Nicholas Galitzine, who wore an oversized gray suit.

Mendes wore a similar color palette to this year’s Met Gala on May 4. For the star-studded event, she donned a mahogany dress by Manish Malhotra. Styled by Molly Dickson, the floor-length custom couture chiffon gown featured a corset and sculptural knot detailing at the waist, with fabric gently placed over her shoulder.

Mendes shared the look on Instagram, writing, "met gala with @manishmalhotraworld ✨ i am so floored by the artistry of this design team, who drew inspiration from the women depicted in amrita sher-gil’s iconic paintings. honored to be your canvas @manishmalhotra05 🎨."

In an interview with V Magazine published on May 8, Mendes broke down her look, which she was drawn to for its mahogany hue.

"The color immediately stood out to me because it’s not commonly worn on red carpets, and the uniqueness of it intrigued me," she said. "Also the way the fabric was draped across my shoulder and wrapped around my arm felt very sculptural, almost like the dress was interacting with my body. The dress code this year was 'fashion is art' and this idea of the dressed body, and I felt like Manish and his team understood how to dress my body in a way that was incredibly artistic."

She also added that her glam was intended to complement the color.

"Jen Tioseco wanted to keep it monochromatic so she pulled from the burgundy and mahogany tones of the dress for the makeup," she said. "We liked the idea of a softly smoky look that still felt fresh and light. For hair, Lauren Palmer Smith and I decided to keep it clean and off the face since I was already draped in so much fabric. That way the dress could really have its moment."
