Against the Current is celebrating a major milestone in their music career.

To mark 15 years of rock and roll, the trio has announced a six-date headline tour.

The New York-based rock band, consisting of vocalist Chrissy Costanza, drummer Will Ferri and lead guitarist Dan Gow, promises to bring their high-energy shows to select major cities in the United States and Europe.

In an Instagram post, the short clip featured a voiceover of Costanza expressing her gratitude to the fans who have been supporting them since day 1.

“We never expected to go this far at all,” she said, adding, “We promise we will never let you down. You guys inspired us so so much,” before the video cuts to a clip showing the tour details.

Christina 'Chrissy' Costanza of the American band Against the Current performs live during a concert at the Postbahnhof on March 11, 2016 in Berlin, Germany.

“15 YEARS OF AGAINST THE CURRENT. 6 INTIMATE SHOWS. Presale starts this Wednesday, January 28. Sign up for the artist presale at the link in bio. General on sale begins Friday, January 30 at 10am local,” the caption reads.

The special tour will kick off in March in London, followed by one-night shows in Amsterdam, Cologne, Paris and New York before concluding in Los Angeles.

In a post shared by Kerrang! Magazine, the band’s lead singer appeared to be in awe of how the group has managed to stay together after more than a decade.

“It’s wild to even say it out loud, but it’s been 15 years of Against The Current,” she admitted, adding, “We wanted to celebrate in the kinds of rooms we had some of those first surreal moments in, reliving it with the fans who were there and the ones who may have found us later.”

Moreover, Costanza shared the life-changing impact of the band and mentioned that this has been the longest time they’ve gone without performing live, making the upcoming shows especially exciting as a chance to reunite and meet the fans up close.

“This band changed our lives, and we’re so grateful to everyone who’s been with us through it all. This has been the longest gap without an ATC show in our career and we can’t wait to be back together with everyone,” she mentioned, as cited by the outlet.

Against the Current was formed in 2011 in New York by the trio. It was only two years after they started that they released their first EP, Infinity, under their own label.
