In PEOPLE's exclusive clip from the 90 Day: The Single Life season 5 Tell All, best friends Liz and Kim get into a heated argument after a secret hookup is revealed

The reveal comes after PEOPLE exclusively announced Liz's engagement on May 18

Part 2 of the Tell All airs Monday, May 25 at 8 p.m. ET on TLC

Kim and Liz's friendship is on the rocks as the 90 Day: The Single Life Tell All continues.

The second part of the season 5 Tell All airs Monday, May 25, and in PEOPLE's exclusive clip, tensions between Kim Menzies and Liz Woods are high after Kim learns that Liz had sex with her son, Jamal.

"I should have heard it from you," Kim tells Liz as the clip begins. Liz says she thought her friend knew the extent of their encounter.

"You literally, on your own, put your hand on me and said, 'Oh, by the way, Jamal told me,'" Liz says.

"He told me you guys flirt and I knew you guys made out, but I didn't know you guys actually had sex. And for me, that just changes everything," Kim replies.

Liz remains insistent that she thought her friend knew that they'd had sex, and as the conversation unfolds and other cast members react, Kim says, "I'm gonna lose my s---."

When host Ross Matthews asks Liz if she feels like she "violated a trust" and "cross[ed] a line" in her friendship with Kim by sleeping with her son, Liz says, "I see it now. Yes."

"Oh, I'm going to throw up. I swear to God," Kim says. She then tells her friend that the revelation "changes things with me because, like, how can I trust you? How do I know things I'm telling you, you weren't telling my son?"

"I thought our friendship was deeper," she continues. "I didn't know you had sex with Jamal... Liz, we've been talking every day. That's crazy to me that, that that never came up."

Liz assures her friend that "nothing" has happened with Jamal since. "I swear, Kim."

"I should have heard it from you," Kim repeats.

As the clip ends, Liz tells her friend, "I know where you're coming from. I know why you're upset."

Kim's fiancé, Alec, was present at the Tell All while the drama unfolded. On May 18, PEOPLE exclusively revealed their engagement ahead of part 1 of the Tell all.

“After all the laughs, adventures, late nights, and memories together, we finally get forever!" Liz said. "Alec and I are so excited for this next chapter."

Part two of the 90 Day: The Single Life Tell All airs Monday, May 25 at 8 p.m. ET on TLC.
